We're Rooting for Turmeric!

Turmeric is a mighty little root that can be used in so many dishes and teas! It's a perfect natural medicine on a budget! Thinly slice a few pieces and boil with ginger or cinnamon with water and drink as a tea. Turmeric can also be chopped and blended with a fruit or veggies for a nutritious smoothie! This root has a mild flavor so it can be spiced or sweetened up,depending on the spices,fruit or veggies that are paired with it!
