Sea Salt and Spanish Peppers

The summer season has peppers at their peak for picking!
Try this delicious recipe,remember all of the ingredients can be found at 
Heritage Farmers Market and any local farmers market!

 24 Spanish peppers
2 tablespoons of extra-virgin olive oil
Sea Salt

Toss peppers with olive oil. Heat a heavy skillet (preferably a cast iron) over medium high heat. Cook peppers in a single layer,turning until blister,so about 5 mins. Transfer to a plate and sprinkle with sea salt.
