We just wanted to express gratitude and thanks for the love we received over the weekend in the City of Ontario. Kaiser Permanente hosted an outstanding community event celebrating the Heal Zone Project. Along with Ontario Wheelhouse and the Huerta del Valle Community Garden Project, The Heritage Education Group/Heritage Farmers Market advocated the need for clean, fresh, and accessible produce! We gave away 450 heads of butter leaf,red leaf organic lettuce and pounds of swiss chard. Bare Bee's Honey provided the sweetness! Along with a variety of other fruits and veggies, information on cholesterol, nutrition, and heart disease was shared!
