Victoria's Farmers Market @ Victoria Gardens hosted its first live cooking demonstration with special Guest Chef Partner, Neil Smith of Flemmings Steakhouse in Rancho Cucamonga. Chef Neil was able to prepare a special dish for our market guest and a little instruction to boot ( a few lucky participants received gift baskets). Other than the actual shrimp, the seasoning and oils and selected fresh fruit and veggies was all purchased at our market. We will be announcing our next demonstation soon.
